Inactivecut off his moneyflow. hit him where it hurts. write to the aff programs he is advertising and present your case. that’s pretty much the only thing that would bring justice.

InactivePost all info you have here, name n shame they say then.. here’s some advice I posted for a similar problem here:
1. You report the stolen text to google (getting rid of any possibility of ad sense accounts on the domains that steal content), get them delisted from serps, etc.
2. Report them to their host, point them to both copies of the content, and attach proof of ownership. In the subject of the email write DCMA Report.4. Legal Recourse can be taken, monetary damages can be sought after, this is pretty rare though, because it’s very involved, especially if both parties aren’t even in the same country. This is the reason most people use the Google DMCA road.

InactiveWrite to the affiliate programs to close his account and make him crazy

InactiveGo into your google webmaster section to submit the spam complaint. They act more when it comes from there.
Complain to utube. He is abusing utube.
Lady Holdem has good advice about complaining to the host. This often gets great results. (site disappears)
And, like everyone says, get every aff program he carries to remove him.
And if you can find his true identity, he will have a fit if you mail him his actual address of residence.

triplecrownMemberI think the first thing you should do is to contact the affiliate programs. Hopefully they will do something about it. Actually, I would have contacted his affilaite programs, and google and Youtube BEFORE contacting the webmaster so I could try to get him banned before he has a chance to change the content.
Good luck, and please keep us posted on how this is working out.

wooMemberIt was a bit difficult to get his details, but now I have them:
The name of the copycat is LUCAS CUELLO from ARGENTINIA. I will not post domainnames here to avoid new clones. Probably I will get his facebook profile soon, then I can write to his girlfriend or something, lol…. LUCAS CUELLO ARGENTINIA is selling software to crack mobilephone sim locks, too.
Cheers,

I don’t think that would be very effective. The best thing you can do is inform your AMs about this chap. Since both of you promote the same sites, the AMs will have to take proper actions. If they don’t, you might just as well stop promoting them.

e-agro.netMembermatt its really unbelievable that someone who has gone through the experience of having their own site scrapped would then go off and do the same thing to someone else. Instead of being part of the solution, you’ve decided to become part of the problem.
I know who you are now. the gig is up. take down my stolen content asap.

your emails so far have been very childish and your strategy of deciding to ignore the issue won’t work. Get your head out of the sand, take down my content and I deserve and apology for the theft of my content and the way you have handled the situation.
regards.
