My guess…. They cut and pasted 888s Terms and Conditions and missed the Casava part initially. New operators often do this (cut and paste) the terms from large groups as they assume the terms have been legally checked and are an industry standard. Its cheap and lazy, but its done all the time.

Yep, have caught many doing this. Not a big deal, really, but I always want to make sure that it isn’t done because they are actually connected corporations. In most cases they are not and, as you said, the terms are just copied and pasted with minor revisions.
Since CAP certified them, though, I thought I would come to those who know more about them to be sure it is just copied content and not 888 spawning a new company
