How are you? Thanks for your questions.
1) This depends on the affiliate program and the cookie duration. In Income Access if a player clicks through an Income Access merchant banner and becomes a player and then decides to become an affiliate and goes to Income Access and sign up as a new affiliate they will be tracked to you as long as there is an Income Access cookie on their computer with your unique affiliate ID.
2) In Income Access the easiest way to do this is to grab an Income Access network referral banner. We have recently added fresh creative. To find these log into your account and in the banner manager select merchant “Income Access” and select “General” as the promotional group
3) In Income Access they will be a sub affiliate of you if you refer the affiliate but you need to have an active membership in the particular affiliate program(s) they are promoting to be credited with the commissions as every program has their separate referral program.

I know for our program at Tower in your tracker codes there is information that connects the sub affiliate and their earnings to the first affiliate (you), its completely automated.
For how to sign up as a sub affiliate you would be provided a banner or textlink from the affiliate that they got from our promo’s section made specifically for signing up sub affiliates. And that would be how the initial tracking gets registered with us.
For your last question if you sign up as a sub affiliate you are connected in Poker, Casino & Bingo everything..Hope it helps
