InactiveNo, they don’t allow players from the USA.
CITY CLUB CASINO END-USER AGREEMENT
7. YOUR WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
You warrant and represent that:7.1 you are not a resident of the Netherlands Antilles, Hong Kong, Israel, Cyprus, Estonia, Bulgaria and The United States of America and its territories
By the way, have you read their Terms and Conditions?
4.3: Fee Payment
If in a given month, there are no new depositing players, you WILL NOT be eligible for payment for THAT GIVEN MONTH, even if your players continued to play or make further deposits. Unbelievable!!! Thank you for explaining this to me. I remember pulling the banners, but I guess I missed some banners or (even worse the activity is coming from links in my gamtrak software that I can’t remove) so I guess I can kiss that money goodbye.
I’m going to go take a time-out so that I can relax the little vein that is pulsating in my temple right now.

InactiveThey were one of the first programs to add these predatory terms to their T & C’s after the fact that I can remember.
I don’t recall when it was, but it was YEARS ago!
We had many many discussions about this at the GPWA during that time frame….and they kept claiming they would only use that term against an affiliate if they absolutly had to, and they kept claiming they would make an individual deal with any affiliate that over-rode that term (no matter how large or small the affiliate was).
They absolutely REFUSED to have any discussions whatsoever that involved removing that term from the T & C.
I dug around in the archives a little over there and most of the discussions we had were taking place in early 2005.

Never good to leave these kinds of things to their whim. If it’s not in writing you don’t have a proverbial leg to stand on.
