    Not looking good, just recieved this email,

    I think I might have done this wrong, I more or less did the copy paste thing. Can someone please tell me how to do a screenshot.

    To take a screenshot of your PC desktop, simply press the PRINT SCREEN key on the top right of your keyboard. Then go to your programs/accessories and open your PAINT program. Then press the CNTRL key and while holding that down also press the letter ‘V’ key. (or go to edit on the top of the screen and click on paste) this should paste the image of your desktop. Then click on FILE and SAVEAS. Give it a name and maybe save it as a jpg file to your desktop so you can find it easy.
