No idea but you can report .tk sites like this as it breaks their policy. Did it recently with a spammer using a .tk and the .tk domain registrars took it down. Very satisfying
Thanks for the suggestion – I’ll do that. Unfortunately, I suspect these are just throwaway domains that they expect to lose and don’t mind.
