Where are you sending your emails?
I never have any problem reaching them, and also, they have a room here at CAP, take a look around and use one of thier personal email links in thier siggys,
Irwin, Miles and Kamiel are very helpful and also answer?

They are out of the office for CAP spring break for the next few days, I am sure once they get back they will answer you. The stats maybe back up by then, also it seems that several micros are having stats issues so maybe it is on the back end and all your stuff is still being tracked for you in the back end.
