I never won anything ? Maybe some programs will hear this and let me win something .

(although my team is Arsenal, a final would rock!)..To add to this conversation (and hopefully not derail it), are there prizes that affs WANT to win? This might give us aff managers a better idea of what to offer
The best prize I won was an iPod Touch from a poker tournament that was for Chan Poker. Which was very cool, thanks Brandon.
I got a funny story about winning a prize but not actually winning. I got an email from a poker program saying I won their affiliate promotion which meant I would get to play in a poker tournament at the Playboy Mansion!….I was stoked and emailed back asking for more info…Well it ends up that I got a call 5 minutes later saying that I did not win the prize and she confused me with another affiliate…The rules did say you needed to send 5 players and I didn’t do that…So no hard feelings, but damn, talk about a roller coaster of emotions.

The biggest prize I ever won was a home theatre and it’s great.
I also won a Bose sound system at a prize drawing at one of the CAP springbreaks and that is a great thing too. Drawings at conferences are fun, I have won a poker set at another conference.
Cash prizes are always great, and small but thoughtful things like flowers or gooddie baskets or a bottle of wine or the like are also always really nice to get.
I think recognition for a job well done can take many shapes and it always feels good. :hattip:
We won I think it was 1k cash at G3 when they first opened and then in London I won an ipod thanks to Dom for letting me sign the back of one of her business cards and she was so cool about it because we all thought she won it but after she got home she sent me a mail and asked for my address and sent it to me that was the coolest thing my son has it and loves it btw Dom and he says thanks!:wink-wink
The best thing for me was a free trip to surfers paradise for 2. I had a blast on that trip with jet skiing, going to the Australia Zoo, Sea World, etc. But best of all it introduced me to Australia as I probably would not have gone there initially if it wasn’t for this. This was from Captain Cooks casino before rewards affiliates bought them out.
Got a free PSP from roxy affiliates. Also received a 60gb Ipod and some other stuff from partygaming. Focal click sent 10 affiliates to Belize and that was also great, what a wonderful destination for nature lovers. Also went with 9 other affiliates to Las Vegas with Casino Coins and had an amazing helicoptor tour with a picnic in the grand canyon.
Also, had a nighttime helicoptor tour over las vegas from Rewards Affiliates.
I’ve won some monetary prizes here and there but I do prefer trips.
An MP3 player from CPS that never worked. MGS suspended the license, eCOGRA pulled the Seal and suddenly all it could play was Dione Warwick and Willie Nelson covers. :roflmao:

I once won an Ipod and had to pay toll to get it, because it was sent from outside the EU.
I am not even an affiliate and I won an ipod once in a draw and like Mr Wass was really surprised because I also thought they were all set up and b/s –
Best prizes I have seen lately were 10 hours private jet time from Chipleader and a year lease on a Ferrai from Canaffco
Someone actually looked at giving away the new Aston Martin at a CAP Euro but couldn’t sort it in time

In competetions I won a number of Amazon gift certificates, a home beer making kit, a camcorder and a few of prizes.
These werent really competetions, but I was taken to Las Vegas and Antigua several times for private events.

I’ve won cash, diamond bracelet and most importantly unforgettable experiences from the three ASOPs. Nothing from more traditional aff competitions though, I need to find out what vd752 is doing and emulate him :hattip:
