I like it very much ! I would be happy with just the script.

I like it too, and I’d be interested in trying an ad like that on my sites.

I actually clicked it when I first saw it — normally I don’t click on banners or other types of ads (Adsense, YPN, etc). The peel-away definitely caught my attention.

When I first saw these a little while back I ended up at xhttp://www.profitpeelers.com if anyone wants to take a peek at that site.

Awesome! I clicked it right away once I entered the site. I thinks it’s a great new tool to utilize. :)

I like it as well. I’ve used static images that look like that which they call “dog ears” but that peel away definitely catches your eye. Hopefully professor will fill us in on where he got the script from.

I know of another company that created their own “peel away” program and initially they called it “peelover” as in peel over but fortunately someone else caught it.

It has some functionality issues – sometimes it makes certain links on the CAP site unclickable… until you hover over the peel away, and then come try to click the CAP links again. but maybe I’m the only one. (no big deal, just reporting the other side of things)

I think it has a good use here, but I’d hate to see it all over the internet.

I agree – I think it is something that should be use for one off campaigns rather than all the time otherwise it could become annoying to the user and stop grabbing their attention

You can find a free pagepeel at http://www.webpicasso.de/blog/pageear-free-peel-away-ad/. If you have trouble getting it to work PM me.
