It is quite outdated but very informative on the subject. There was nothing better so far.Online casinos are good at spotting advantage play, but without a human eye in the sky I gotta believe card counting, in theory, would be easier to go undetected in single deck blackjack online.
Card counting would very rarely make a difference in an online game, because the online casinos shuffle after every hand. I suppose if you got two aces and the dealer had an ace showing, you’d know the deck was low in aces, and you might be able to make a basic strategy adjustment that might help you out a little. But you couldn’t wait for the deck to get rich in tens and aces to raise your bet.
Last I knew Boss had one, but that was years ago.
Dunno if it still exists.

though this is reaching back and may have changed: the only online casino I ever found that actually went thru the shoe like in real life, stopping and shuffling at about 70% into the shoe, was the Cryptologic game … and this at Intercasino. I can only assume the other Cryptos also followed same.
anyone not in the know … Cryptologic had IMHO one of the earliest, best blackjack games online. You sat at a table along next to other players (or choose to play alone) and the shoe would actually stop and shuffle periodically.
I used to know this for certain but now can only guesstimate but I think that they had 4 decks in their shoe.
I always felt the biggest lacking of MGS casinos was the blackjack game, this back before all the versions came available.
