Each time the tides come in they come in a little farther.. Soon the great gambling ship will once again set sail.

Oh the difference it will make to have a united industry again with clarity and direction of player and operator alike ! We know our affiliates will thrive no matter what :) Always getting bigger and always getting stronger.

2009 is the year we come back bigger and better then ever.

In a way all this UIGEA was good for us as an industry because everyone had to get off their backsides and expand the Europe and Asia Markets. Now when we add the US back in the business will be huge! Look for a 70% increase in earnings by 2010.

If the prohibition indeed gets lifted, I suppose we will be able to advertise in peace, including PPC and offline advertising. Or maybe that will be limited like nicotine and alcohol.

In any case, just stopping to worry whether you might be walking on a legal land mine will be wonderful.

Not to mention spring break in South Beach will be back with a vengeance! I miss South Beach, but I travel too much as is, I just don’t feel up to adding private pleasure trips.

Leave it alone. It’s not that bad. Not like it used to be, but not that bad. At least there is no IP ban on Gambling sites. Now that would bring the whole thing to a screatching halt. In fact, its in the UIGEA that a IP Ban supposed to be in effect. But its not yet. I find that interesting. Franks bill would mean the kiss of death to the affiliate market. Let it be, its recovering slowly by itself. As long as we dont get Wack-O McCain in office we should be ok. But unfortunetly, im afraid we will.
