Great question Pat,
CAP 2.0 allows certified affiliate members to review and rate the programs, so the results you see are completely objective! Affiliates can actually see how OTHER affiliates rate each one of our certified partners!I dont think a lot of affiliates are aware of this yet as I dont see the flood of votes we expected. You can rate EACH partner via their certified program page. For instance lets take a look at Referback:
Visit their page here:

Scroll down and you will see the option allowing YOU to review and rate them!
Give it a try. Other affiliates will appreciate your feedback.

Great, i am going now to check this out. and i hope all the other affiliates here do the same, it really will help all of us, by doing this and especially newbies just coming in. I wish i had this when i first started, it would of saved me the grief of working with programs that sucked! loll

I just went and did a review for referback, and rated them, but it is not there?? maybe that is why you are not seeing a flood of reviews, they are not showing up?? lolllllllllllllll
let me know whats up, cause i love what i see, and will go back and do more reviews of other sites, but only if they show up!! lollllllllllllll

Your review’s have now been posted. When a review is submitted, the administrators must approve the review before it is published. This is so that we can prevent spam and profanity from appearing on the site.

It is nice idea to give stars (marks) to affiliate managers.I think forum must develop better system to give marks and reviews to affiliate managers.
