    You dont really feature any content just banners and ads, my tips:

    1) Do some keyword research
    2) Start writing targeted , unique and quality content.
    3) Redesign the site with normal navigation link, internal and external link planning is important.
    4) spend a LOT of time in the CAP forums, you will find it very helpful.

    u better add some contents and u need a better design to arrange your stuffs on the site
