In this cross-promotion campaign, was the affiliate given credit? How did the link look for english harbour? I would suggest asking your player for the original mail forwarded.

    Here’s the link pulled from the email, maybe you can tell me if an affiliate is getting credit.

    The red part is the tag, but I don’t know if it belongs to an affiliate, or if it belongs to Casino Coins.

    I would hope that it belongs to an affiliate, as cross-promoting without giving the affiliate credit is essentially stealing, and the practice is considered unacceptable by most (if not all) affiliates who work very hard to get those leads in the first place.
…&2005&&&http://www.englishharbour.com/?c=62727&108EH022608_FebTourn
I usually add sub-campaigns to all my casino coins links/banners. Last year some time I noticed a real money player from a campaign that was not one I created. I inquired and Nick indicated that is was from a cross promotion. Hopfully that policy has not changed since.

    Yes we do cross promote players FOR affiliates, as we have always done. We do not steal your players, we take players who have stopped playing at one casino and we push them to another one of our casinos, keeping affiliate tagging in place, to help YOU make more money off a dead player.

    Belgamo, I have NEVER received an email from you, not a PM, nothing.

    The account in question was sent the email by mistake, as he had not played at Superslots for a certain period of time, making him inactive at Superslots; however, he had previously deposited and played at English Harbour and already got a bonus and thats why he didnt get another bonus.

    I hope this explains this situation and if anyone has any further questions let me know.
