GuestHi bonusgeek,
Thanks for the feedback – I completely appreciate your frustration. Unfortunately it came as just as much as a surprise to us as the new site launch date was brought foward and we did not have sufficient notice to let all of our affiliates know before the change took place.
This was a one-off situation and there are new procedures in place which mean this should never happen again at such short notice to us or yourselves – and the links will not be changing again for a very long time!
I can only apologise for any time lost with the old links, and I hope you are seeing the benefits of the site updates as they are proving much more customer-friendly and are improving conversion rates significantly.
Cheers,

InactiveFair enough Kate, I understand what transpired here. The only thing I would recommend is in that same email I received on the 15th, take a minute and let affiliates know how time sensitive it is so I don’t find out 4 days after the fact when I actually got to changing them. I could have made it more of a priority. Anyway, thanks for the quick response, I don’t think it will be an issue in the future.

GuestBonusgeek, I am very sorry if the importance of the change was not made clear, this is definitely something that should have come across and I will look into this further.
Hi ih82lose, an email was sent to all accounts that were we could discern were actively promoting poker and casino. Our email capability at the time was not great, so this was quite a manual process, but if you have an active affiliate account with us on the casino and poker side you should have received an email. I am very concerned by your comment regarding payment. Invoices are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. If you have had a problem with payment, as an affiliate or player, please let me know so we can get this resolved – this is not a complaint I have heard since joining bet365.
Cheers,

Bet365 always pay me on time too. When I request a payout the revenue is in my bet365 account same day or the day after :hattip:
