Not suprising. With the current Republican right wing lunatics leaving town with King George next year they will try to do as much damage as humanly possible while they still can.
Online Gaming, for whatever reason, is one of their favorite whipping boys so our industry will get thrashed too.
I have heard a few other large portals that specialize in a paid placement/media sales on their sites will be subpeonaed also. Be interesting to see the fallout from all this.

Whatever is going on there, I highly doubt we have anything to do with it.
I assume we will find out more soon, but my guess is that we are looking at sportsbetting again.

I have a feeling the online gaming company (sportsbetting) turned over their advertising records to the Feds and all US based websites who accepted ads for them will likely come under scrutiny and receive subpeonas.

Said it was a civil suit, so I suppose it’s not of industry interest.
G911 tends to over hype the news.. so it may not be anything that
is going to dramatically impact the industry. I tend to ignore the
news or the drama in our industry nowadays.. it makes each day
go by alot easier.. until a new administration takes over the country.Just found this.

As first reported by Gambling911.com last week, subpoenas have been sent to some advertising venues that work in conjunction with Bodog Life, and online gambling website. This has nothing to do with current legislation related to the Internet gambling industry but rather involves an ugly patent lawsuit.
Do not get over worried on what you hear from g911 or other similar sites. Everything is ok…
