am i glad to see someone with the same issue!
i have been making some money with them but since their affiliate system upgrade – shit has literally hit the fan in 2 ways:
1. they are ignoring past revenues. first they say that “I have checked your account and seen that your account is in a negative balance, therefore there are no commissions available to you at this time” while i know for sure that i had $40 owed and checked my stats before they launched the new program which showed that i’m owed another $60 in commissions. making it a nice, juice $100 even!
i’ve sent 4 emails since then and haven’t gotten a reply. i did get a reply today regarding another email that i’ve been sending 4 times that i need their banner on white background. but yes, they don’t even have that, only on blue. go figure, kill one of the designers if your company only makes banners on blue background…
2. staaats. these are stats from beginning of january till today. how about this for activity:
considering that they only give $5 in free money, i can hardly imagine someone wager $1k in winnings and losses…oh yes, do notice the net win…not sure how that works out…
basically the stats transition went totally wrong. deposits are not recorded and bingo mania staff are not admitting it. this is not doing them any fucking favors.
i remember when bingocard.com went on to the same stats but with them it went super smooth. so what’s wrong here? i think i know the answer – greed!
