http://ping.syndic8.com/xmlrpc.php is a blackhat organization.
syndk8 is blackhat, but I don’t know if syndic8 is.

I don’t know that it is always updated. Hmmm… maybe I should run AGD’s TAS on it to see if it changes
Before using of any ping services it’s highly recommended to check them, just visit them and review them. Because most of ping services are blackhat as Dominique told.

I also used this list, but yesterday I visited some of them and noticed that I don’t need japanese pings like this xxxhttp://ping.myblog.jp
Some of ping services don’t work, and in most services my blog is not listed, maybe because they considered me as a spammer or by another reason.For example, my blog always ping technorati.com when my blog is updated, but my blog is not listed there, although my newsletter rss is listed there.
I think technorati was consedered me as a spammer, because most of these ping services(like pingomatic.com) contain technorati.com and when my blog is updated it pinged technorati several times.
