Well, they are rotating IPs every few hrs so likely have proxies galore. Came in from Pakistan, China, Japan….

Out of interest, are you hosted with Pipex Dom? Only they had major issues at the weekend which may/may not be related.
Nope, not pipex. (never heard of them) It’s a dedicated server…
According to the spam page the hackers put up, they are from Turkey, England, Germany and I forget what, I just glanced at the message.
They were talking about the US and Israel killing innocent people.
It was a terrorist type message and featured the gruesome type picture that goes with this type stuff.
The attack on my server continues, breaking every now and then and coming back with a different IP.
Is there anything we can do?
(apart from not killing innocent people of course)
sorry to hear the bad news that your site was hacked. if you own your domain and back up your site. It is not a problem. Just move to another server and upload your site again. hackers have nothing to win.
No it’s fine, the attack is still going on and they are not being successful. So eventually they’ll stop.
We were hacked earlier this year and learned our lesson, they will not find a way in.
