Australia would be fine mate – 3-4 hours would be a doddle.

I’d like an Oz event too! Maybe change Barcelona 2008 to Brisbane… :wink-wink
After London last year we looked at Australia as well as few others and surveyed delegates from CAP Euro London and people wern’t that keen to travel that far – I was also keen for South Africa.
I would love to do one out there – Never been and desperate to see it. Maybe we could look at organising a smaller event which isn’t so manic but has great content, good parties/networking events and an expo room that isn’t crazy huge.
Barcelona is already in the process and works well for the operators as they go out there for EIG – We are looking at closer to town/beach locations as well as possible places not far from Barcelona, but I would move anywhere if that is what the masses want.
With Oz – I will add it to the list and look into that – Best time to go is our winter although I hear Brisbane (if we chose that) is stinking hot then
On another note – Keep an eye for Spring Break this year – Due to the problems getting sponsors for the event if it is in Cancun, Miami, Bahamas, etc We are moving it to Europe. There will still be an “informal” gathering organised in a US type destination – it won’t be an official event but more like the old springbreak. The European one will if all goes to plan be on a cruise in the Mediterannian and will be incredible as I am determined to make it the biggest 4 day party this industry has ever seen….information will hopefully be availiable in January
All the current events are dynamite so rather then change those we can look at adding CAP Down under in 2008. Its going to be a great year!

Wow that would be great! A cruise in the Med is definitley appealing at the moment. How cold is it in the UK recently? WHERE IS THE SUN?
