Being one of a couple reputable RTG Casinos, it seemed to only be a question of time until this joint progressed to something more qualitative: I just received an email from Iasbet, informing me about the change of their Casino to the Microgaming platform tomorrow.
Sure enough this was a good pull by them and should bring their operation more players and better performance in the future! After all the trust in RTG’s business keeps diminishing by the day and was an enourmous break in Canbet’s development.Let’s hope Canbet is going keep up their good services in the future!
November 11, 2007 at 11:59 pm #753756StarBucksSportsMemberThanks for the kind words.
That’s right. Canbet casino is moving over to a MG platform. It’s obviously brand new, and we need to do some testing before the rollout, but we hope to have it available this week.
New creative should also be uploaded this week.
If you have any queries or suggestions, please feel free to drop me a mail.
Cheers,
November 12, 2007 at 11:47 pm #753863CaptainetteMemberFirst q comes from me:
Do customers need to sign up a new account under Microgaming?
I just tried accessing my existing one but did not see an option anywhere to use it?November 13, 2007 at 12:04 am #753864StarBucksSportsMemberPlayers would not need to register a new account, as it all still works as a single wallet that operates between the Sportsbook, Casino and Poker. This means that casino players will still benefit from our lightning quick payouts etc.
They would need to download the new MG software though.
November 13, 2007 at 7:56 am #753879CaptainetteMemberThe problem is that I can not fin a link or window in the MG software anywhere to enter my existing account? It automatically connects me to the sign up window for Canbet and there is not link to “use an existing account”, as far as I can see?
Thanks.November 13, 2007 at 12:47 pm #753903AnonymousInactiveDoes Canbet Casino accept U.S. players?
November 13, 2007 at 9:08 pm #753950AnonymousInactiveNo. Well it did not in it’s previous RTG version anyway.
November 13, 2007 at 10:05 pm #753958StarBucksSportsMemberHi Guys,
Unfortunately we do not accept play from the US on any of our products at this stage.
Regarding the log in:
I have checked the software now, and when you open the options menu on the casino home page (in the Viper software), there is an option to “Open account” and one to “Log On”.
Please let me know if you do not see these options.
Regards
November 13, 2007 at 10:59 pm #753964CaptainetteMemberThanks for the info, Schalk. I am actually very experienced with MG software, but it took me a while to find out what to do here. After i found the log in button and pushed it, it only brought me back to the registration page however.
November 13, 2007 at 11:07 pm #753965StarBucksSportsMemberHi Tribun,
I have tried, but I can’t replicate the problem. When I click on the log in button in the menu, it asks me for an account number and password.
Please send me an email with the issue, that I can escalate.
Thanks!
