Apologies for the confusion. You do not need to raise an invoice for payment – this message is in error and we are working to omit in from the payment process.
I will repost here when the problem has been amended. This should not hold up your payment in any way, but please ensure that your correct banking details are in place so that we can process the payment asap.

I’ve asked for a transfer into my Vcbet account… and in your Faq…you tell you pay by the first thursdays of the month…so the first in last week…the 1rs november no?
