    must be no problem

    put content on new server,
    test if it’s ok
    change dns
    wait 72 hours
    remove old server

    I find myself moving servers almost yearly. Never had any problems with it affecting my search rankings.

    I moved 39 sites back in september and never had a glitch , just put the site up at new location for a few days before you delete the old one. Sometimes we have blond moments and forget important things like subdomains and database backups hehehe:inlove:
