I’ve had a whale at Havana Club for the past 2 months. Must be an old player because we can’t promote that casino anymore. They have made over $100k in purchases this month with no chargebacks so far.

Sorry to hear you got stuck with a fraudulent player. It’s happened to alot of us before and it really hurts. Especially towards the end of the month.

I suffered a charge back of $8753 profit means at least $34450+ fraud deposit. so sad it was.
