InactiveI have not been able to log in to Superior for quite some time. I do know many others are experiencing this also.
I have attempted to have my password sent, and the database returns an error that the email was not found in the db….
I have not recieved the email claiming they are back so it appears to me they are totally screwed up and having serious db problems.
An extreme lack of communication has existed with this group for some time as they have gone through many many changes these past few months and have not communicated with us very well (if at all) during that time frame.
This was an ok group to work with in the past but I have lost almost all faith in them recently…

Inactiveoh and……..
today i receive that e-mail
and yeah
links working now as said already
lolDear SuperiorShare Affiliate,
Thanks for hanging in there as we straighten out our new direction. We are offically open and it appears that all links are working perfectly. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly.
We are getting decent conversions on new players and those of you who had players in the system before should be seeing some new action with those players now. We spent an incredible amount of time making sure all of your players were assigned to your new ID. Please rest assured that they were.
If you ever need a special banner or creative, please let us know and we’ll be sure to get it to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, watch for new creatives being added as we go along. There are some great new games in the casino and we will eventually have banners for all of them.
If you need help with anything along the way, please feel free to contact me on [email protected] or [email protected]
Thanks and best of luck!

InactiveI would have accepted the fact that a password change may have been institued, although this should NEVER be done with zero communication.
And, if that had happened, why then are those requesting passwords emailed to them being told by the database query that the email address suddenly doesn’t exist?
Isolated incident….no, others are experiencing this also, they just lurk more or don’t read this forum often.

InactiveProbably went in my junkbox too. I’ll ask them about it when I get back home.
I have considerable trust in these guys.

GuestI recieved the same email, but also not able to sign in. I sent email and was told they reset my password and they suggest I change it once I do get in.
Is it normal for a casino to just change your info? Why wouldnt they just send me the one I had?
Any info would be a help, thank-youOctober 8, 2007 at 10:33 pm #750849Anonymous
InactiveI have heard back from Superior.
I have been told that my account is gone and has not been imported. This is supposedly true of any affiliate who had an account that the username was a number left over from the old “share-the-rake” days.
The players that may have been tagged to that username are also gone and have not been imported.
I have been told to create a new account and they will attempt to remarket to any old players I may have had.
I have not responded yet as…quite honestly I am still a bit shocked.
I bet you think this is a reasonable solution huh….

InactiveUnfortunately the poker and sportsbetting are not under the control of Superior, just the casino.
Agreed, that is very unfortunate.

InactiveHi,
We don’t have a forum here anymore and I’m not sure Professor will appreciate me using the General Category as our forum. If you have any questions or comments about the new SuperiorShare, please email [email protected] and we’ll get it straightened out.
But allow me to post exactly what I sent to Rick since he is being selective with the information:
Affiliates who were using a number instead of a username (these are mostly poker affiliates since we used numbers when superiorshare was sharetherake and only for superiorpoker) were not imported into the new system and neither were the players tagged to them. After you sign up, we will market to those players and see if we can get them back in and tagged to you.
Thanks
JAny insinuation that accounts and players are gone is wrong. We had to re-market all players tagged to all affiliates into the new system. Many of you are seeing action in your accounts and this is because we got players that were tagged to you to register and play in the new casino.
If you had a number for a username, you were not imported because this is now a casino only program and most of the numbered accounts were for poker. If you want to promote casino and you had a numbered account (old poker account), make a new account and we will email old players (probably poker players) with your affiliate link.
Thanks

If SuperiorShare is only for the casino then what is the affiliate site for Superior Poker? Superiorpoker.com’s affiliate link goes to superiorshare.com. I have a number for an account name (#578) and I want to keep promoting poker.
thanks
