Hi Renee,
I know this problem from the past, it can be a nightmare especially if you are going out of your way to get through to someone – and what’s worse is that from their POV, it looks like we are incompetant and aren’t co operating – when we really are.
It may sound a bit obvious but is there an address in the account? maybe you can look this up in his/her respective country directory or something similar? I know there lots of these ‘directory’ services on the web.
Hope you sort it

This one was over a year ago now.. I can’t remember if the guys number was listed but thats definitely something I do before calling it quits so I’m guessing it wasn’t.

Look even though it sounds like Dutch, and is almost spelled like Dutch (and don’t get me wrong, I’m absolutely honored to share these similarities with you), it doesn’t quite have the same ring to it.
People hear: “Oh there goes Dutch”
And they think: “Hmm there’s a cute and interesting nickname, I wonder what the story behind that is, heehee.”People hear: “Oh, there goes Douche”
