pr updates only once every 3 months….
for the rest…be patient and pray…maybe its a glitch

Gambling places in the US are not allowed to advertise with google. But that won’t get you knocked out of the SERPS as far as I know, unless perhaps you placed ads without approval.
If you have free hosting, I understand sometimes you can be affected by things the hosting company did wrong. You really need to get some hosting elsewhere, it’s not expensive.
Google has also been very busy handing out penalties lately, so if you do any grey area SEO you may want to clean shop asap.

well i dont know why
i was reading almost all night all kind of stuff about
and i have seen also others who have been banned
1 been banned in march and he is not backthere are so many reasons you can get banned
so i really have no idea why and how
i dont think that google cares about
and it sure makes no sense to contact them ( anyways hard to contact them)
so i think i just let it run
and start something new,
and if this gets banned also again after 2 years work
well , then i maybe better ban myself from the PC or i flip out.what do you think

Sorry Bonus, I noticed you had quite a few top spots for some good keywords when searching on certain phrases.
For what it’s worth I do know Google dumped over 110 pages of my retail site pages recently.
