I know Jon Wood Gaming does
Poker Rewards does excluding the 11 or 12 banned states. There is a small fee to do so.
AP you need to be a VIP 5000+ points and you can only have 9 players at a single table. I’d like to use AP but can’t.
Full Tilt, Cake & Stars – there’s a requirement to be able to do it at Stars but I cant remember what it is offhand – maybe a certain amount of FPP.

As an affiliate, a lot of places should arrange this for you. At Stars, we don’t send them much traffic, but a simple email to affiliate support and they set my player account up so I could create private events myself within the software.
Absolute will setup events for you if you send decent traffic. PitBullPoker is another small room that is good about setting up private events.
I’d just email the affiliate support and ask. No harm in asking. ;]
