So far nothing – and 2 e-mails I sent them have remained unanswered.There doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact them & I’m starting to get worried & annoyed in equal amounts.

They did fall behind in payments several months ago, but as far as I know most are being paid.
I know that they do try to resolve the issues that I’ve emailed about. I would not always get a reply, but the funds would show up eventually.

That is the e-mail address I used the second time. (The first time I used the in-web mailer).I just checked the status again, and it still shows July’s commission as unpaid.
Guess I’ll give them a few more days before alarm bells start really ringing…KK
It shows every month for the past 5 months or so as being unpaid for me, however I have recieved all payments (apart from July)
It ‘s a shame they are having problems with payouts as their player retention is the best and I have a few mini whales with themI am also quite happy with Vegas Affiliates. If they resolve their payment problems, they are one of the best programs in the industry.
Today I’ve received a email from Max regarding my C2P account, he asked me to send him another payment method details because they have some problems with C2P. And it was a big surprise when he offered to pay me via Payspark, which is the best method for me.
Just to update that I also got a mail from them today saying payments will be processed in the next few days.
But the mail also pointed out that their terms say up to 30 business days from the end of the month – that’s 6 weeks!
I just hope they don’t always take so long, as this would make them by far the slowest paying of ALL the programs I promote.KK

Just had to make a positive post here as it’s always nice to see
I agree – Vegas Affs have really turned around since making contact – and whilst the payments aren’t quite as prompt as before – they do come in the end
