I sent a note to them 2 days ago about my nameservers (which they had to set up directly because they don’t give access)… haven’t heard anything. Maybe they don’t work weekends
I have been with xxx.coreix.net ( change the xxx with www ) since 2005 – Their datacenter is in London and their support is top notch. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
