lolIf the new system is causing us this much headache, can you even imagine what it is doing to them? While it would be nice to have reporting and banner access, I can’t complain that I have ever had a problem with Referspot and will hold patience a bit while they iron the kinks out.
I won’t sit by quietly while they iron out the kinks that should have been well pressed to begin with BEFORE they went live with this mess of a program after all they had 2 yrs to perfect it!! Sorry but not knowing what I earned is not going to work and not getting paid for my work is not going to happen either, I cannot simply tell my bill collectors ohh well you see this program I usally earn my money with just cannot seem to total/payout my payment this month so ummm I can’t pay you either:confused:

Thanks for your reply cagney12 – I’m glad to hear you’ve not had any problems. I’ve not generally had any major problems with the ‘older’ Referspot site – all I ever really had a problem with was the lack of ‘new banners’ on the old site.. Affiliate support / responses times of course are another matter but I’ll stay on topic like a good boy
Either way – didn’t see a vote yet for option 3 – that would be your cue in support of holding and waiting

GenoNo….I am having problems with the new site just as everyone else, I believe I stated that it would be nice to have reporting and banner access, but due the past I have had with Referspot I would be patient…. I’m sure they are working hard to correct the problems.

Sorry Gordon not having a personal go at you on this, but I have in the past given Referspot that vote and I got no where with it, I am aware your picking up and taking off where others left things but this new program is unacceptable even for 1 more day! We are running a business as well and to have broken tools is not going to be acceptable, what will happen is we will all go with a program that is working correctly for us. I hope you really do take this poll in consideration and go back to the old program while this is being tweaked.
