Casino Fortune’s jurisdiction

Today I visited Casino Fortune to update my review and I found that it has two jurisdictions. Maybe I’m wrong but they wrote here

“Casino Fortune has been granted a license by the Gaming Commission of the government of Antigua and Barbuda.”, so their jurisdiction is Antigua and Barbuda.
But on the download button you can see “Licensed Great Britain”.

I’m confused :plain:

Who knows more about them, and what software they use. I know they used Playtech, but all Playetech casinos don’t accept US players but Casino Fortune accepts.
