Can someone explain to me why my site stats show msn to be indexing 10 times as many pages as google and yahoo. I noticed when testing how many pages gamesandcasino have indexed they have 23,000 in google and 700 in msn why do the different search engines vary so much in their indexing.
The engines use different algorithms and rules to spider domains and follow links through to other sites and pages on the site. Because of this, you will achieve different results on the engines. It is not possible to achieve good results on those engines.
With algorithms and rules, there is nothing official that google, yahoo, msn put out in regards to them.
