Important quote from his analysis of the Wire Act:

All reported court decisions deal with bookies taking wagers on sports events and races (by telephone); no reported cases on any other form of gambling. In February 2001, Judge Duval of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana specifically held that the Wire Act does not apply to Internet gambling, other than sports wagering.

Its old but, “interesting” ,,, how have some of these statutes, figueres play into the roll of what today and tommorows laws may be….. at least you could define the regulations then……. too much “grey” area nowdays.. Lawyers cant even figure some things out…. When you have 2 district appeal courts having opposite decisions in the same state, and the Supreme court sides with niether, it makes it really difficult to figure what can and cant be done! it leaves too much into the decisions of Law enforcement and the D.A office and their personal “Opinions”… And that’s what I cant stand…… “Give me a rock solid Law! (that way I can work around it!)” … kinda like KBR was doing– but they were getting smoked last night….
