The only way you can contact them is to call casino customer service and ask to speak to an affiliate manager.

I thought your post was a joke because of the fact there is no support and there is no payments from these crooks. They steal from players and affiliates and have been on my EVIL list for years.
They will take Email messages and send you an automated reply that they have recieved it but thats it…. nothing will follow.
Do yourself a favor and drop them before you waste more players and money on them.hi there,
by accident i received an request to promote their casino on my sites. the affiliate manger there calls himself MIKE LENDER and his email is [email protected] – whow, very serious email for an affiliate manager!
he offered me wire-transfer to receive my comission. good joke!!!!
