InactiveWow – no comments…
Anyone care about this anymore? Is it that CPays is a program nobody cares about anymore, so commenting isn’t worth it?
I’d be interested what CPays affiliates think of the new terms. I’d also be interested, in general, what affiliates think of the changes mentioned.

InactiveHard to wrap one’s head around someone making things worse and worse.

InactiveWell, my initial thoughts are that the changes make it more predatory…. But do they? I am not 100% certain – so I was hoping for other affiliates to chime in. Especially those who promote CPays to see if THEY feel that this term is more predatory… or not.
Thanks!

GuestCpays is predatory period. they could promise Jesus was waiting at the other side of the hill and ….. I’d not bother to go look if they provided pictures to prove it.
reason nobody commented….. hopefully because everybody is on to their BS and staying away.

Inactivethe right to withhold any commissions due at such time.
Is everything generated from any player they owe you money for at the time.
commissions which have been generated through this action
Limits the money they confiscate to the players they consider fraudulent.
I don’t quite see how taking all the money you generated for them can be better than taking just the money the “fraudulent players” brought in.

I think that you’ve got that absolutely correct – is there ANYONE who still thinks that CPAYs are on the level ?

brunocostabileMemberI think they are not too good company. They don’t paid my earnings in April without any reason, but now they said “the problem resolved” and they will pay it in June. So they don’t say fraud traffic or something, but I don’t believe if they will pay

Inactiveyes, casino pays are past a sorry joke now.
I must remember to take the last of their banners of some of my minor sites.
God knows how much that they have not paid over the years.
I really don’t know why they put a clause in when they were just transferring players from our accounts for years anyway. Perhaps it is a standard Playtech clause for the honest playtech ones and casino pays just had to put it in.
I am owed over $2000 from a direct deal of $4000, but there’s more, recently I discovered they had credited my payment section with the $2000 against it.
They did it once before and it took ages to fix up. This time, they will not pay. I think they will collapse anyway.

GuestI think they will collapse anyway.
Hi all,
I doubt that. they’ve been too well funded by too many affs with their heads in the sand (to borrow an expression) for too many years and now have excellent BH strategies set up ….
anybody still naive enough to be promoting this bunch though will I’m sad to say for you that are reading this ….. probably get screwed in the end like everyone else.

brunocostabileMemberThx for the comments. I removed all of the banners of Cpays from my site. But one thing what I don’t understand. If Cpays is rogue company with many “non paying issue” why they go to affil conferences? They are fools or braves? In USA or Western Europe 2-5K USD not too big money but in Eastern-Europe and Asia this money is very much. In my country somebody dont pay 4-5K USD that people will be potential victim. If I owe somebody rather I sell my car or anything because I know if I dont pay that is the worst for me…
