Sorry for the late response. I just signed up on this site yesterday.

Sometimes I experience problems reaching affiliates for a multiple of reasons and so after several email attempts, I ask our CFO to try for me. Hence the two email addresses. Since we only recently created a separate contact (me!) for affiliate payments, getting added to affi’s safe lists takes some time.
