I have a similar situation with one of the casinos I affiliate with. There I have two separate deposits of 300 euro each, no withdrawals, no chargebacks, and no revenue either. Looks like the deposits are just sitting there. No play activity has been recorded for over a month. Can a player deposit and then forget about the money sitting in his/her account? To me it looks like this is the case.
It shows 0′ under Depositors. Does that mean there weren’t any new depositors or was it a free chip promo?
cheerz everyone for replies. the program hasn’t replied to me yet but i think that the player just hasn’t lost all his money and has a pending payout. good money management skills by the player if that is what is happening.
in regards to 0 deposits, i think the system just doesn’t show this data. go figure…
S/he may have deposited towards the end of last month.
just checked the stats again, and it seems like the depositors only show when there is a new player.
btw, the program in question is sureturn
