The affiliates link at the bottom of the clubasiacasino.com home page leads to cwcaffiliates.com , which does not have a link to clubasiacasino.com

If you have a Club World USD affiliate account then you dont have to sign up for the Club Asia program as it is in USD too. If you dont then sign up to the USD program and all the links etc are in the Club Asia Folder in the banner farm.
If you need anything else just ask.
