InactiveTo me, it’s one thing that this is in their terms, it’s another that they are emailing this to US members. :unhappy:

InactiveI agree with you, especially when you think of all the paperwork it takes to open an account these days.

InactiveI haven’t received one yet and I am in the US and have used Ecocard wayyyy back to deposit. Recently I received an affiliate payment to my account. I did see a post at another affiliate forum.
Just wondering what criteria Ecocard is using to send out emails.March 27, 2007 at 12:04 pm #732049Anonymous
InactiveI am not sure, but if they are going to block the US this is very sad news indeed.

InactiveI got it too, I have an account there but never used it.
I think it means that they are under some scrutiny or pressure…

GuestHi all,
well in any case .. its not a good situation because players are (I’m certain) at this very moment rushing to get their money out of there (I did as soon as I got the email and am very worried about next month’s payments going in there) …. which means yet another deposit solution to the wall.
every time a deposit/payment solution goes by the way … it depletes confidence in OG in general.

InactiveWell, I would not suggest placing ANY money here!
Against my better judgement I had funds sent to EcoCard and here is what happened when I tried to withdraw some of it:
Withdrawals # Request date Account Beneficiary Amount Currency Last change Status Operations
1 24-03-2007 03:19:44 xxxxxxxxxx Robin xxxxxx 550.00 USD 27-03-2007 14:11:08 Rejected by Operator
2 22-03-2007 15:34:16 xxxxxxxxxx Robin xxxxxx 550.00 USD 23-03-2007 17:41:13 Rejected by Operator
The first rejection was because they said that they did not know my bank name (which I think is crap because it’s posted in my account details).
I have NO idea why the second request was rejected as they have not emailed with the reason yet.
I’d rather keep my funds in the affiliate account then let these NEW processors come along to take my money.

InactiveI have done a withdrawal with Ecocard just last week and I got the money without a glitch.

InactiveHad a withdraw come in my bank today that I applied for last week, there must be something your missing with your bank details Robin. I think they are sending these letters to slap our hands and remind us to not be naughty and they are without a doubt getting the stomp from someone.

Inactivecould that “someone” be the DOJ? or some other 3 letter agency that has no shame?
and they are without a doubt getting the stomp from someone.
