Do a checking withdraw. It worked for me….
For a fee, you can get a “Visa Electron” card. It is a phsyical card. It does not look like a real creditcard, the lettering is not raised and has the words “Electronic use only”. I have used it at cash machines, but I have not used it at stores. I do not know if a store would accept it.

No, the money in your account is already to go on the card. Don’t forget there is a $2 fee to use it at a cash machine (plus the fee from the cash machine). There is also a $2 fee for a bank transfer, so it really doesnt matter how you get the money off…
