Not quite what it seems. Adsensers apply for a phrase with an innocent looking page, then once it is “approved” change the content to include affiliate links etc. Lasts a few days if they are lucky, but they are subsequently banned from the Adsense program and the account locked out.
Edit: Think I was getting confused: I was referring to Adwords listings

Inactivethere are tons of sites with adsense. Some of the advertisers on that page has their affiliate links directly to Betus etc… Check out the JeffPicks ad. All that is, adsense is advertising for his affiliate code.

InactiveI think that clearly this does work, and that in many cases you won’t be banned – otherwise, you’d see very few people doing it because the risk would be too great.
But there certainly is a risk, as it’s a direct violation of their TOS. Maybe you’d get caught in the first week, or maybe you’d last a year. Certainly if you’re a brand new Adsense/Adwords user, the chances of having your account closed must be close to 100% – but perhaps they turn a blind eye to longer-term users who are making them a lot of cash.
I should imagine that most people who do this have access to multiple Adsense accounts, so that if one goes down they are not stopped for good.
It’s certainly not something you’d want to risk unless you know what you are doing, and/or don’t care if your Adsense account gets shut down.

InactiveI tried it with my main site – got going for a month before being banned for voilating their TOS.
Of course I pointed out that there was nothing illegal in marketting gambling to European punters – no response at all.
If you’re small enough you may get away with it (I doubt they check everything) … but eventually they’ll suspend your account …
… possibly the first time you make a withdrawal request?

InactiveI have 35 sites with adsence on them, if I wanted to risk my adsence account, I could theoretically plop the ads into my gambling sites. I’ve always been a bit to fond of my adsene account to take the plunge, but it’s an option. For some it works well for a long long time. Others get banned right away.
A friend of mine has a blog with no banners, and actually emailed google and asked permission, the answer was no ty. As the blog doesn’t have any gambling banners, it does link out to sites with gambling banners.
But anyway the answer was no. Either way you’ll get away with it till they decide to put a stop to it, you might get paid for your efforts, you might not.

triplecrownMemberWhy would you want to waste your qualified traffic on adsense? It’s seems to me that you could do better by converting traffic with your affiliate casino?
Pros: a few extra dollars.
Cons: poor conversions, waste of traffic, and risk of banning your adsense acount. We don’t know where the casino market is going, so HOLD on to your adsense accounts! lol

InactiveMy thourghts exactly – why put adsence on a gambling site???
First of all you could make much more as a regular affiliate – and secondly no advertisers are allowed to bid on the terms that would perhaps make it a bit interesting to use adsence on a gambling site “online casino, gambling, online gambling, etc.”
