Now I doubt this was the reason but just in case it might provide an answer. Once when I attempted to log in from an office network and was routed around the world a few times and via Hungary (I think) they locked my account. A quick email and phone call and it was solved. Just an anti-fraud routine they had in place. From now on I always try and log in from the same IP address.
Thanks but that isnt it. There is no quick calls from the US at the moment because their automated system basically says to read the FAQ and then hangs up on you.
Also the live chat will not give any information. It is a horribly run support system.
