InactiveHi there,
I just visited Ladbrokes headquarters in London yesterday. Quite an impressive building with about 800 people working there. Should’ve taken some pictures, but forgot my camera unfortunately.
The contact is indeed still Andre Au. I’ve had no problems e-mailing him. Contact details are:
André Au
Gaming Affiliate Manager
Ladbrokes eGaming
Tel: +44 2085 155563
[email protected]The head of online marketing is:
Mary Griffin
[email protected]
Tel: +44 7976 180268Ladbrokes will soon be joining CAP as a certified program, which should make things much easier in terms of communication and presence.

InactiveThey have issues with their links where they are not tracking properly from time to time. I was sending traffic to one of their banner links for awhile and my stat didn’t move. Then after I test clicked on it I realized it wasn’t tracking at all. So if you can address this issue to them that would be helpful.

InactiveI’ve had very difference experiences when trying to deal with Ladbrokes. I’ve found their customer service to be, quite frankly, appalling.

InactiveHaving problems with the ladbrokes poker affiliate section right now, they seem pretty unresponsive which isn’t a good sign, especially when it’s a payment/tracking issue.

antoineMemberHi All,
War gave us the following phone numbers:
André Au
Gaming Affiliate Manager
Ladbrokes eGaming
Tel: +44 2085 155563
[email protected]The head of online marketing is:
Mary Griffin
[email protected]
Tel: +44 7976 180268We called Andre’s phone number and spoke with Tuuli. Andre is away and returning on March 13. Tuuli is looking after his desk in the meantime.
Tuuli is trying to resolve our issue.
Casinorep, it might be best to call Tuuli/Andre and explain your tracking situation to them. We found calling to be more effective.
I am going to try to speak with Andre directly this coming week and make him aware of this thread.
We have been dealing with Ladbrokes for some time now and we have found them to be a great program. This was the first time that we have not been able to contact someone there. And again, we’ll be glad when they join CAP.

InactiveThe only (very major) problem I’ve found with Ladbrokes is that they don’t track wagering action from products outside the one they person signed up with.
For example, if someone signs up for poker and they make a sports bet, you don’t get commission for the sports betting. It can cost affiliates tons as they cross promote all the time.

antoineMemberHi All,
Ladbrokes has taken care of our issue and we knew they would.
I highly recommend promoting Ladbrokes.
Many Thanks,
