vladcizsolMemberIts hard to guess at this point WagerX. I certainly hope no one else leaves the US market, but I think we will see more exits in the next few weeks.

InactiveThis was one of my biggest earners and I am very dissapointed not because they pulled out, but because the affiliate managers claimed until the last minute that there was no intention of pulling out.

I have known for the past 4 months that I was getting stroked, but what am I gonna do, drop everyone who tells me they have no intention of pulling out. I would have no one to promote. It’s just the way it is, no program in the world, no matter what kind of rapport you have with them is gonna tell you in advance they are pulling out on X date, its just an inherent trait of this furtive little biz we are in. It was kinda funny watching all these programs run their game, still are actually. Notice all the bs we are getting about payments, its the biggest bunch of garbage I have seen in my life. These joints have been bringing in millions for years, thanks to us, and they have plenty of cash to pay us in a timely manner. Then the excuses they are coming up with is a riot. I will not forget any programs that have played games with me, and when I get up my .co.uk site, –gonna be huge–, they won’t get any action from me.
This is a cut throat business in some respects, and if you don’t think they put #1 before affiliates, then shame on you. But yea, I actually had in my notes to increase VIP exposure, finally started making a little cheese. It sucks, what can you do. Im not saying Vip is guilty of what I have said above, its just a damn pisser, everything. Fuckin goldmine and they are telling me I cannot pan. ERRRRR Thanks land of the free.

Inactivethey are one of my worst performers.
but I’m still disappointed at their decision to pull out at this point in time.
and not a complete pullout at that – just NO NEW Customers from USA & Canada. WTF is that kind of pullout?
what worries me is Bodog pulling out of the US market.

InactiveWhat I dont get is pulling out of Canada too? Why dont they just shut down and get it over with. I dont buy the players cant deposit crap either. I had a shit NFL season but ever since the season is over I’ve been pulling in a lot of players and the players are depositing. I dont know what sport they are playing since I dont follow sports, might be basketball. But the point is my conversion has gone down but my players are still depositing. My income is actually steady nonetheless.
This is a load of crap. I guess I am bitter because I lost 150k+ a year today lol

Inactive$150K PA? I will be bitter, too!
Heck I will be bitter if I lost $60K PA ($5k PM).

InactiveIt’s my fault for losing so much. I normally try not to have all of my eggs in the same basket but when it came to my sports betting stuff VIP had 90% of my exposure. Simon was pretty good at his job as a manager I will give him credit for that.
Just applied for bodog and I explained the situation. Right now I only have sportsbook.com and betcris.com to promote and neither are doing that great. Sportsbook.com just emailed me and seem to be willing to work with me to push the property better.
I am hoping this is an expensive blessing in disguise.

GuestHi A,
sportsbook.com seems to have it going on in terms of both deposit options and a willingness to stay.
*can’t speak on whether or not their to be trusted but from a player’s pov they’ve been topnotch (IMHO) for years.
they’ve never given me reason to look elsewhere.
NO NEW Customers from USA & Canada. WTF is that kind of pullout?
Hi all,
ya its gripes me too. Its situation very similar to being a “little bit pregnant” …. there ain’t no such thing. You’re either serving US players or not. Do any of these rocket scientists really believe they’re going to get a pass for only serving “current players in those regions”?
come on and get real!
Silly SOBs.
The only good thing i can see about that approach is its the only warning you’re going to get as an aff to read the writing on the wall and act accordingly. which brings to point the fact that I wonder what’s in some if not most these places saying no more new players T&Cs? Like its your fault they won’t take any new players from such a large market where you’ve already got depositors?
OG has such a long way to go in terms of simple common sense approach even after all these years. I seriously wonder wtf some of the decision makers of such places are smoking? It ain’t just pot. …. I’ll tell you that much.

Inactiveantoine wrote:Right now I only have sportsbook.com and betcris.BetCRIS huh? they are pulling another circus act – diverting their US customers to Bookmaker.com – apparently BetCRIS will be positioned to the Europe market. And they were supposed to serve the ex-Pinnacle market?
it beats me where’s the logic in these crazy moves. Maybe I’m just dumb.
Antoine, I recently started with BetUS and they are up on their toes when it comes to affiliates. They are also certified here.
good luck antoine, that is indeed an expensive lesson.
