Possible Good news but it may be early

Basically, what it says in the first article. There is Nothing on the Agenda right now. Good news is, where there is smoke there is fire. Hopefully, someone is thinking about it in the near future. As for now? With Iraq going like it is, I would be hard pressed to think any sort of legislation would go above that.
