InactiveWhile I think RSS feeds and such is great for some webmasters, I think affiliate programs should embrace simplicity while still providing the functions that more technical webmasters want.
I should be able to log in and grab an affiliate link without having to set up a campaign. Two programs that overcomplicate things are fortune affiliates and vip profits. At fortune it takes me at least 5 minutes to grab a banner.

agreed!
Most the things I want right now are out of the hands of aff programs, casino owners or CAP : I know I don’t need to list them.
one thing that Prof has already brought up but I’m going to echo .. that I’ll be using when things settle down enough to warrant promoting again … are fresh banners.
many programs are starting to come around on this but there are also those that seem to ignore this all-too-important issue.

Aint that the truth? Course little matters now, we wont be around much longer will we?
I have been harping on Vegas Affiliates for 2 years now to get fresh banners in addition to offering better support. Instead of either of those they create a new website which doesnt even work.

2)Articles with the permission to edit and rewrite, to avoid the dupe content.
Very common in other industries.
Only one company providing affs with around 300 texts.February 3, 2007 at 12:01 pm #725666

A safe secure job one where we trust our partners to stand up for the right thing; the thing that they delcare as right instead of hiding in the bushes getting rich.

InactiveWell if I fail to make at least $400.00 for this month I will have too cut my losses and run.
From the list I would pick
1. Accurate statistics and reporting (is this possible?)
2. Well really doesn’t apply to myself but would be an important topic.
3. No comment
4. Very important providing everyone is treated as equals.
5. No comment
6. Very important player concerns should always come first.
7. Important outdated creative are most annoying. A wider variety would be nice as well. I would think visitors would like to see something new. In my opinion most sites look kind of generic looking. I would love to see media file creative.
8. Important as well. Why not offer exclusive bonuses and promotions. Perhaps even offer a bonus hunt on your site.
9. New games should be added outdated games should be thrown out. Important topic.
10. Yes very important.I would pick #1 as the most important issue. But I would also like to see some transparency. I find some programs just plain keep us in the dark.
This my 2 cents I hope everyone can understand.
BTW: embracing RSS feeds you are asking for trouble. Won’t bother explaining no one would understand.
