InactiveChris, there have been many complaints about payments and the general lack of communication from Mainstreet, I myself have become concerned enough to consider removing the banners from my sites.
I have been reading this thread for the last few months and the lack of response and the lack of payments to hard working affiliates is concerning to say the least. Why should people have to beg for what is due to them over and over, there are many more “rtg” platforms to go promote that have no problem working with their affiliates.
I think most of us would like a response and just come out with the truth, we are all more understanding then you think, it is the lack of response that makes us antsy.
Thanks

InactiveWhile I think that mainstreetaffiliates.com converts very well and this problem is not Chris’s fault, it nevertheless is a serious problem.
We do need to know when we will be getting paid… this month, next month or next year. We all have bills and expenses to pay and we can’t pay them with words or promises. We could all be promoting casinos that do pay, instead of promoting casinos that are unable to pay. Times are tough enough without taking on the extra challenge of promoting an affiliate program that is unable to pay.
If payments are not made this month, I will remove all your links and banners, and promote casinos that actually do pay.
I’m sorry if I sound angry, but I ‘m beginning to feel like I’m wasting my time and money promoting you guys.
By the way, I have just noticed that a large number of affiliate sites have already removed your links. This is not a good sign.

InactiveI talked to Chris early last week and was told payments would go out no later than Friday. I guess I should have asked if they had a particular Friday in mind.

InactiveHi Chris,
I was told that the 1st week in November stats from the old software, Playtech, any earnings from that week would not be able to be put into the RTG stat program. So if our payment was exactly what December stats showed in the RTG software, than how can that be a combined amount?
Can you please confirm that 100% for me please. If you’re correct than that means James was wrong.
