Most affiliate programs are free, at least the good ones are. If any try to charge you a set up fee run away.
Just look under certified programs for some decent programs. It’s where I go when I’m hunting for a new program

Reading through this thread and seeing that English is maybe not your primary language, it occurs to me that what you are looking for is in error.
There is no need to have casino affiliate software in order to represent a program where you can list their casinos and have players click through to play.
You go to the program’s home page, sign up, and then select which casino you wish to list (if they have more than one) and get banners and linking code to post on your site. Players click on your links and, if they play and lose, you make money.
