The site has been down all morning. Also I cannot get any response to my emails. Is something going on with this program I have not heard about?

They seem to be asleep at the wheel again. Their site has been down for over 36 hours.

Hello Everyone,
We have been experiencing problems with our servers lately, which we are still currently looking into. We believe at this time this is due to DDOS Attacks on our system. At this moment in time we have our technical team along with our software provider, Rival working around the clock to ensure our system remains online. I will be sure to keep everyone posted when more information is known.
